When will I get my Tax return?
If you have a digital mailbox, your income tax return will be sent there between 4 and 8 March. If you do not have a digital mailbox, Skatterverket will send the declaration to your civil registry address. Therefore, make sure to be registered at the correct address by February 28, 2024. Skatterverket will start sending out the paper forms in mid-March. Everyone must have received their forms by April 15 at the latest.
If you want to have your tax return sent by digital mailbox, it is important that digital mail box is created before 3rd of March.
The mailing is not done by area. You therefore do not need to worry if you do not receive your form at the same time as other family members or your neighbours.
You can log in with e-identification in our e-service Income declaration 1 and declare before you have received your declaration form. If you have a smartphone or tablet, you can declare with a mobile Bank ID in the Tax Agency app.
If you have not received your declaration form by 15 April at the latest, you can order it in skatterverket e-service Order forms.
